I think summer has arrived. I am excited for this. I am sitting at my Aunt and Uncles house after a wonderful Saturday filled with activities. My favorite one for today is one that tells me summer has arrived. We sat around the campfire. There is something about roasting hot dogs, s'mores and starbursts that just excites me. There was also the knot tieing in pull'n'peel licorice with the tongue. Then to add songs around the campfire...I was in heaven. Even in the city small things like this take me back and I am in the country to the home that I long for and remember. Welcome summer...I have awaited your arrival.

I hear ya!! Nothing like a campfire to bring back nature into our lives! We will have many of them this summer so you better come over and enjoy them with us. =)
